How to Calculate: Your Personal Year

To calculate your Personal Year, follow the steps below, using our example Super-talented Ed Sheeran.

1. Write your birth date out as shown in the worksheet.

2. Add both digits in your birth month. (February would just be 2... December would be 12... and 1+2=3) Write your answer below the month. If your month is already a single digit, like Ed's, just write the same number below.

3. Now, add both digits in your birth day. Keep going until you reach a single digit as your answer. Place your result below your birth day. (Please ignore your birth year for this formula.)

4. Add the two results together until you reach a single digit. (2+8=10... 1+0=1... and so, #1 is your answer.)

5. Finally, add your result to the #4. In our example, 1+4=5 and so Ed is in a fun, flirty and fab 5 Personal Year. Are you? What is your year? Please comment below. Or leave a question in our forum.

*Additional Info: We use the #4 to add to your final answer because we're adding your answer to the current year 2020. When we add 2+0+2+0, we get 4. Combining your month & day of birth with the current year, results in your Personal Year number.
