There are 9 main numbers in numerology. Here is a story describing the energy of each. I hope this serves as a nice intro to the energies we'll be working with in this blog. We will also cover special numbers, like karmic and master numbers.
Also, check out Number Meanings for more details of each number.
1. First There Was One
One is our brave protagonist, the hero in our story. He's represented as man and as the ego.
This man is alone and going out to make his way, a true pioneer. He is bold, powerful and self-directed. He experiences total independence but loneliness too. He is unsupported and he "needs love" "in the words of L.L. Cool J. He needs a partner.
2. Two Enters
Two is our beautiful, alluring partner. She is represented as woman and as emotion.
This woman is here to support the man on his mission, the help-mate that she is. Sensitivity is her superpower and she attracts all she needs without asserting. However, soon she asserts that she desires to have a child. 3. Baby Makes Three Three is our creative, friendly spirit. He is represented by the child and the imagination.
This child is here to inspire and bring joy to the couple, the cheerleader that he is.
